Bookings for after 8:00 PM require a non-refundable minimum 50% deposit to secure. Full payment deposits may be required for some journeys, as indicated during the booking process.

I operate a strict time policy. I can wait for a maximum of 5 minutes after your booked time to ensure timely service for all passengers. A reminder call or message may be made before the 5-minute grace period ends. No refunds will be issued for missed pickups due to late arrival.

Requests for additional passengers or destinations upon arrival may not be accommodated. If accepted, extra charges will apply based on current tariffs. Denying your request does not entitle you to a refund if you then choose not to use the service, as this constitutes a breach of your original booking.

A cleaning fee of up to £100 will apply if you are sick, cause damage or soil the vehicle.
